PSA reports

-Self-evaluation-

By: Megan

For our PSA we chose Homophobia, we think homophobia is a problem that a lot of people turn a blind eye to.  So we want to make people aware through our PSA.
We assigned each other jobs so the workload would be easier on all of us.
Robyn got storyboarding, a small acting part and helped me with the script. Henry was in charge of finding information for the PSA and helping Robyn with the storyboard. I was given planning, filming, editing and soundtrack. But it didn’t work out that way, with Henry being away for wrestling and the slight mix-up in the groups, Robyn and I had to help with Henry's part a bit.  It is hard to get everyone to do their fair share, but it is hard working in a group of three when all of us have very different schedules. Ms. Silverman, I talked to you and I hope you understand. I think was a fun project, but maybe next time groups of two might work better.

-Group Report-
By: Megan, Robyn and Henry

Our PSA is a homophobia awareness video. In our video there is a teenage boy and it shows what he goes through on a daily basis, just because he is homosexual.
We as a group worked well together, we listened to each other’s ideas and tried to incorporate them all into the video. In the middle of editing we were finding it hard to fit it into the 30 sec time limit. We agreed instead of typing up the information and using up more of our already scarce time, why not do a voice over, which may be more time and in general effective. We hope people viewing our PSA will understand the meaning of it.
